"Ok... this is a really good hidden gem!! Very friendly folks and amazingly good food! Our Seniors outing from Blooming Grove Baptist Church. We had like 18 or so folks. Then there was another Senior church group. And the next group? All the seats are full here! The buffet is sooo good! There are many, many choices. There's a salad bar, bar with veggies (green beans, creamed corn, black eyed peas, lima beans, fried green tomatoes, fried corn, yams, fried okra and more! There are a couple potato options. Then there's ham, meatloaf, chicken fried steak and more! And the dessert bar? Yes please! The decor is simple and sweet. Pay as you enter the restaurant. Even with a totally full restaurant, they were on the drink refills so quickly!"

"We found this restaurant on maps and we saw it got good reviews so we decided to try it out while we were in the area. And we are so glad we did. The restaurant was clean and the food was outstanding. The food is home cooked by Mennonites. I had fried chicken and creamed corn, green beans and macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes for dinner. Everything was cooked well and seasoned well but not overly seasoned. Everything was hot and delicious. My friend had fried chicken, mashed potatoes , fried okra and fried green tomatoes. For dessert we had German chocolate cake and fresh homemade ice cream and coconut cake . What really stood out to us was the coconut cake ! It was moist, fresh, and delicious we will definitely be coming back ."

"We've been a few times. Always happy. However, last night Friday seafood? FABULOUS!!! We have family from Indiana in town. They wanted southern comfort food. They left the restaurant stuffed. Everything was delicious. The homemade ice cream with cobbler and apple crisp topping on the cake. They've already said they'll be back next visit. As for us? We'll see you next week!"

"Great food, service, and people. Always great, but Friday after 4pm they also have seafood on the buffet in addition to all the normal favorites like ham, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, okra, fried green tomatoes, dressing, green beans, and on and on..... plus you can't go wrong with homemade ice cream and deserts. That's if you remember to save room. Give them a try your only regret is you are just now finding them."

"I love the atmosphere, the people, the food and the wonderful things for sale at the restaurant. The food was so delicious plus all of the ladies working hard in the kitchen were constantly filling the buffet when the food was low or almost empty. Make sure to try their homemade breads with jams. Oh and make sure you leave some room for the delicious creamy homemade vanilla ice cream, pudding truufle, cakes, chocolate dump cake, apple crisp and fruit cobblers!!! Everything and everyone were just wonderful. May the People who own & work there Be Blessed Abundantly and May Our Heavenly Father continually shower their Families with many, many Blessings!!"
